Department of Defense for the only Army
project in the nation at Harrison Villa
Family Housing at Fort Lee, VA, designed
by Spectrum Land Planning, Inc., which
met certain criteria. It was awarded by
the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable
Energy of the U.S. Department of Energy.
