1999 - Spectrum Land Planning's design for Family Housing at NAS Lemoore, CA was found to be so desirable by the Air Force, that the design was included as desirable, mandatory design for housing to be built at Travis Air Force Base, CA.


<<< 1998 - Certificate of Appreciation to Spectrum Land Planning, Inc. in recognition of exemplary performance in the fulfillment of a contract for the design and construction of 690 New Family Housing Units and Community Center at Submarine Base in Bangor, Washington, awarded on October 27, 1998 by the Department of the Navy.

 

1997 - Official "Federal Energy Saver Showcase" was awarded to the Department of Defense for the only Army project in the nation at Harrison Villa Family Housing at Fort Lee, VA, designed by Spectrum Land Planning, Inc., which met certain criteria.
