Tom Page, AIA, Vice President, is Director of Architecture, a Licensed California Architect with over 37 years of combined architectural, planning, and engineering experience, including 29 years with Spectrum. Tom's experience includes project management, design and preparation of plans and specifications, coordination of various consultants' work, and approval processing. He has been involved in proposal and design of over 22,000 military family housing units as well as support facilities such as community centers, gymnasiums, and housing offices.

Dan Phipps, AIA, Vice President, is a California Licensed Architect with 35 years experience, including 24 years with Spectrum. Dan is a project manager, providing project design development and production supervision. With this firm, he has participated in projects providing development for over 22,000 housing units and associated community facilities.

Alan Cervenka, AIA, Vice President, is a California Licensed Architect. He has been involved in management, design, production, and construction administration for residential and commercial projects throughout the United States since 1974. His background also includes all aspects of CADD design and production.
